Joshua Kelly is a commercial litigator who is comfortable with all phases of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to injunctive proceedings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appellate review.
Joshua practices in both state and federal courts, and has represented clients in the software, e-commerce, financial services, oil and gas, renewable energy, and commercial real estate industries. Joshua also has significant experience counseling commercial and government entities on matters ranging from contract formation to employment issues.
