Botkin Chiarello Calaf is pleased to welcome Joshua Kelly as an associate in our commercial litigation team. He will support our litigation team in resolving business, intellectual property, and employment disputes.

"Crafting our team of attorneys is a strategic pursuit aimed at delivering optimal value to our clients," said Jennifer Rappoport Colimon, the firm’s managing partner. "Josh's extensive experience and skill set align seamlessly with our firm's objectives, and we are delighted to welcome him to our ranks."

Josh earned his law degree in 2019 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was an editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal, a research assistant, a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic, and a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

"Botkin Chiarello Calaf possesses a compelling and intricate legal practice, and I'm excited to collaborate with a team of exceptionally skilled and seasoned attorneys," Josh said. "What also stands out to me is the firm's genuine dedication to diversity, demonstrated not just in words but in their deliberate efforts to attract and maintain a diverse group of legal professionals."

Prior to attending law school, Josh received his bachelor’s degree in 2015 from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where his education was based on the great books of western civilization.
