Experience
Paul Samuel is an Associate at Botkin Chiarello Calaf focused on commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, trade secret claims, and non-compete agreements.
Paul provides experience across all stages of litigation, including pre-suit and informal negotiations, federal and state court motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Paul joined BCC after working at a litigation boutique recognized for representing clients in significant civil rights matters.
In addition to all Texas state district courts, Paul is admitted to practice before the four U.S. District Courts in Texas. Paul earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and his LL.B. from University College London. During law school, Paul was a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Raise the Floor Alliance in Chicago, in addition to serving as the Submissions Editor for the Texas Journal of Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, and a research assistant to Prof. Joseph Fishkin.
A native Texan, Paul is an avid rock climber and longtime Dallas Mavericks fan.
