Experience

Adam Goodrum is an Associate at Botkin Chiarello Calaf, focusing on commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Before joining BCC, he was selected as the 2024 Indian Country Fellow through the prestigious Attorney General’s Honors Program. In that capacity, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Oklahoma, where he investigated and prosecuted federal criminal cases. In addition to his tenure in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he served for a two-year term as a Clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Lane of the Western District of Texas. While at the University of Texas School of Law, Adam was a member of the editorial board of the Review of Litigation, served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing program, and provided pro bono legal services in the law school’s expunction and citizenship clinics.

Before attending law school, Adam spent almost a decade in public service.  During his time in public service, he gained valuable experience as chief of staff to a member of the Texas House of Representatives and as an advance associate in the White House, where he coordinated civilian logistics in support of presidential and vice-presidential travel.

When he’s not working, Adam is an avid backpacker, hiker, and Krav Maga practitioner.
