Nathali Abella Hernandez

Nathali Abella Hernandez is a proud Mexican immigrant and first-generation high school and college student attending The University of Texas at Austin on a full-ride Terry Foundation Scholarship. She is currently pursuing her Texas Court Interpreter Certification while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business and Public Policy.

Nathali's commitment to leadership and service is reflected in her extensive involvement both on and off campus. She serves as President of the Terry Scholars Student Association, representing and supporting more than 200 scholars and alumni at UT Austin. Beyond the university, she is the Alumni Relations Coordinator for East Texas Dreamers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing educational barriers in rural communities, founded in her hometown of Center, TX.

She is also an active volunteer with organizations across Austin that support individuals experiencing homelessness in Central Texas. Through her academic pursuits and leadership roles, Nathali remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities for others and advancing educational access.
