Elaine Lam

Elaine’s foundation in community service and organizational skills provides the attorneys and clients of BCC with thorough and effective support.  She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on nonprofit campaigning and community outreach.

During her academic career, Elaine mentored members of Minority Women Pursuing Law, assisted with electoral speaking research, and managed various community improvement initiatives.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Austin with her family and friends.
