Botkin Chiarello Calaf partner Jennifer Rappoport Colimon has earned a spot on the 2024 In-House Editorial Advisory Board for the national legal publication Law360.

Jennifer has extensive in-house experience , including serving as interim General Counsel for one of the country’s leading solar technology and energy services providers and previously serving as its global litigation and employment counsel.

Law360 invited Jennifer and a select group of attorneys from across the U.S. to provide recommendations on how to improve its coverage of the in-house counsel landscape. The other members of the In-House Editorial Board are K.B. Alex Nguyen, of Dow Chemical Co., David M. Fine of KPMG, Zahreen Ghaznavi of Time Magazine, and Deborah G. Solmor of Gateway Foundation.

The publication’s editors and reporters will also consult Jennifer and other advisory board members as expert sources on important cases and trends impacting in-house legal teams.

Jennifer represents corporate clients in commercial litigation, with a focus on employment issues, including sensitive internal investigations, high-stakes class actions and collective actions, and restrictive covenant litigation. She has years of experience representing and advising Texas-based companies and others in California legal matters.

Last year, Jennifer was a nominee for the Austin Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards based on her leadership in business and in private legal practice.
